What Arkwell is
Arkwell provides practical training and resources on using AI, through arkwell.io and our members area, The Ark. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
Your account
You must be at least 16 to create an account. Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. Your account is personal and is not to be shared.
Free and paid access
Some material is free to all members and some will be part of a paid subscription. When paid subscriptions launch, the price and what you get for it will be shown clearly before you pay, and additional payment terms will be added to this page. Nothing will be charged without you actively signing up for it.
Our content
The lessons, prompts, guides and other materials in The Ark belong to Arkwell. Your membership gives you a personal licence to use them for yourself or within your own business. You may not resell them, republish them, share them outside your account, or scrape the site.
What we do not promise
Our material is educational. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and we cannot guarantee any particular result from applying it. AI tools change quickly, so some content reflects how things worked at the time it was written. Use your own judgement before acting on anything.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to get around access controls, probing or breaking security, using the service to harm others, or anything unlawful. If you breach these terms we can suspend or close your account.
Availability and changes
We are building The Ark actively, which means features will change, improve and occasionally break. The service is provided as it stands. If we ever make a change that materially reduces what paying members receive, we will give reasonable notice first.
Ending things
You can close your account at any time by emailing contact@arkwell.io. Details of how your data is handled after that are in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. For free members that amount is nil.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
