This website
A new studio asking for trust has to earn it somewhere, so this site is the first exhibit. One hand-written HTML file per page. No templates, no frameworks, no page builder. The telemetry panel on the homepage measures your visit live, on your device, because our pitch is visibility and the page should have to prove it.
Catch
Enquiries go cold fast, and most businesses answer on office hours. Catch answers the moment an enquiry arrives, asks the qualifying questions a good receptionist would, follows up, and passes your team the ones worth calling back. Built first for property enquiries, where response speed decides who wins the client; now being generalised so any business can plug it into their own lead flow.
The Ark portal
The Ark is our learning community, and its portal is a working example of the unglamorous parts done properly: accounts with email verification, strong password rules enforced at signup, a database locked down with row-level security, transactional email, and terms and privacy written before launch, not after. The same standard client systems get.
The Arkwell Brain
Arkwell runs on a permanent memory system we built for ourselves. Every decision, build note and lesson is logged, indexed and searchable, so nothing is forgotten and nothing gets rebuilt twice. It's how one person keeps the detail of an entire business straight. We set up the same system for clients who want their company knowledge to compound instead of evaporate.
